Four Winds Condominium, #302, Orange Beach, AL is an outstanding condo and has installed granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. We recently did a $32,000 renovation including LVT floors thru out, re-titled the balcony, titled the shower floor to ceiling with a glass door.  Scraped the popcorn ceilings, and replaced all the baseboards plus re-painted the entire condo.  The furniture includes a new KS mattress and has a 65" Samsung Smart TV. Four Winds is a low density condominium with 36 units so you will find it's quiet and not crowded and very relaxing. Four Winds recently replaced the pool deck and elevator plus re-painted the entire building. At 723 sqft it is one of the largest one bedrooms in Orange Beach and with a KS bed and sleeper sofa and bunk beds will comfortably sleep 6 if 2 are children. You will find that we keep the condo very clean so there is no worries when you check in! We don't allow Smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Condominium rules don't allow guest to have pets.

We are doing many cleaning activities to sanitize the property between guests stays including an Ozone Generator to reduce germs and wiping down TV remotes and door knobs etc. We want you to be safe visiting our property.  We have also upgraded linens from the standard budget manager Motel 6 towels, sheets, toilet paper and paper towels to the premium quality we use in our home.  We changed from a cleaning service that is in and out within 30 minutes to a service that takes their time to do it right.  No waiting on check-in or out we have keyless entry.

A 3rd floor location gives you a view of the sand all the way from the kitchen and a close view of the pool and beach area. The condo is directly across the street from  Wolf Bay Restaurant in the heart Orange Beach AL. If you enjoy a smaller less crowded private building this is the one for you. A direct Gulf view offers you the sights and sounds of the ocean where you can see the dolphins and sea birds play plus all the water sports activities including fishing on the beach, dolphin watching and shell hunting and night time crab finding which is a favorite activity for children.

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are for rent by Perdido Beach Service. The rate is on a sliding scale $=40 per day-$70 for 2 days, $100 for 3 days, $130 for 4 days, $160 for 5 days $190 for 6 days and $220 for 7 days. This is for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Pick out a chair and use if the attendant is not on the premises. They service several condos. He will come by to collect. Their phone number is 251-981-4807.
